How It Works

Step 1

Make Appointment

Start by exploring your options for preferred time and counselor to start your process. You can make an appointment online or by calling us.

Step 2

Confirmation

You will receive an online meeting link to meet with your counselor.

Step 3

Counseling

If it is first session meeting with your counselor, the counselor will assess, try to understand your situations, and set goal with you. If it is a follow-up session, you will continue what you have discussed previously.

Step 4

Resolution

If your counselors has discharged you or you have achieve your goal, congratulations! You have overcome your problems. If you just finished your first session, you may want to start step1.

What kind of services do you offer?

We provide a range of services, including individuals, group support sessions to both individuals, and business and organizations.

Do you offer in-person options?

Unfortunately, Call Me Today does not offer in-person options for now.

Are your services covered by my company?

Call Me Today has partnerships with different organizations as an EAP service provider. Please reach out to your HR to see if your organization has a plan for you. Students may eligible for Student Support Discount Program.

What is the refund policy?

Call Me Today refunds 24hr before booking day counting from working days. For example, the latest refund-eligible cancellation for Monday appointments is Friday.

Can I choose my counselor?

Yes, you can choose your counselor at all times.
