Group Support and Group Counseling
Group Support and Group Counseling provide a safe, welcoming and collaborative space for individuals to connect, share experience, and find strength in community. Led by experienced facilitators, these sessions bring together people facing similar challenges such as managing stress, coping with grief, overcoming similar traumatic events, or navigating life transitions. The group support sessions can be organized on a regular frequency. Contact us for organizing and quotation.

Initial Assessment
The Mental Health Practitioner and client start with an initial assessment session where they get to know each other. The specialist will try to understand the overall situation. It can be done by asking questions or letting you walk through.
Establishing Goals
Based on assessment, the specialist and client will set goals in collaborative manners. These goals will become a road map for upcoming process and will become as direction.
Exploration and Insight
In next sessions, the specialist will create a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive environment for you to explore your feelings, beliefs and behaviors through reflective listening, empathy, and insightful questions. Tthe practices can be varied and approaches will be tailored to individuals’ situations.
Skill Building
Sometimes, it involved teaching clients coping skills and strategies to deal with their stress, anxiety, depressions, anger, communication issues or other distress and mental health concerns. These skills may include stress management, problem-solving skills, relaxation techniques, boundary-setting and mindfulness practices.
Building Self Confidence
The Mental Health Practitioner help you in cultivating self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-acceptance. It ultimately helps you in achieving goals and overcoming your problems. It may include validation, positive reinforcement and encouragement, build self-esteem, and develop a greater sense of confidence and self-worth.
Monitoring and Closure
Throughout the process, your Mental Health Practitioner and you will be meeting regularly to review the progress toward your established goals. Adjustment may be made based on your evolving needs and progress and ultimately make closure and end the journey. Congratulations! You made it.

Unfortunately, Call Me Today does not offer in-person options for now.

Call Me Today refunds 24hr before booking day counting from working days. For example, the latest refund-eligible cancellation for Monday appointments is Friday.
